It is submitted that the petitioner’s grandfather had purchased the property originally bearing Survey No.213 (Old), which has since been renumbered Respondent Nos.6 and 7 have allegedly created a fabricated document dated 28.12.2021, wherein respondent Nos.6 and 7 purported to have gifted the property in Survey No.213. The boundaries mentioned in the said document allegedly correspond to the boundaries of the petitioner’s property. as Survey No.403. are 3.
