Arbitral Tribunal for a period of four months from the date of passing the order of this Hon'ble Court so that an award can be passed in the matter; (b) pass such fu1ther Order(s) and/or Direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.” 2. It is submitted that the extended mandate of the Arbitrator stood expired on 20.08.2025. 3.
