Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Purnendu Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. Petitioner claims to be a MSME unit which had made supplies of 60 generators of 82.5 KVA capacity to the respondent-State. It is submitted that though the supplies had been made but the admitted payment otherwise required to be released within ten days has not been released so far. The petitioner has also approached the authorities for release of the amount alongwith interest in terms of the provisions of MSMED Act, 2006. Such claim since is kept pending, the petitioner is before this Court. Learned Standing counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner would be got examined, in accordance with law. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach respondent no.5 alongwith a copy of this order annexing all materials in respect of its claim within two weeks from today. In the event such a claim is raised respondent no.5 shall ensure that grievance of the petitioner is got examined, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of two months.
