No. ESE02-03/12/2019- SECY-SGF-CSE, dated 22-07-2025 whereby and whereunder, the services of the Petitioner as Secretary, School Games Federation, Kakinada District are sought to be discontinued even before the expiry of the tenure in terms of earlier proceedings vide Rc. ESE02-03/12/2019-SECY-SGF-CSE, Dated 25- 07- 2024, without there being any justification and reason and thus calling for 2 applications afresh, as not only being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 15 and 19 of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice, but also amounts to showing discrimination between one post to the other and consequently set aside the same and issue IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the impugned Memo vide Rc. SREENIVASA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20808 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent, Chairman-cum-Commissioner, School Games Federation vide Rc.No.ESE02-33/12/2019-SECY-SGF-CSE, dated 22.07.2025 whereby and whereunder, the services of the petitioner as Secretary, School Games Federation, Kakinada District are sought to be discontinued even before the expiry of the tenure in terms of earlier proceedings vide Rc.ESE02-33/12/2019-SECY-SGF-CSE, dated 25.07.2024, without there being any justification and reason and thus calling for applications afresh, as not only being illegal and arbitrary but also amounts to showing discrimination between one post to the other and consequently set aside the same and issue such other order. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 4 4.
