No. 60 of 2023 in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021, registered under sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Dhanbad. On 28.03.2021, brother of the informant went missing. Thereafter his dead body was recovered, he was strangulated to death. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner that he might have committed the murder of the deceased as he was having illicit relationship with the wife of the petitioner. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record.
