Pathak, APP ----- 05/24.06.2025: This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in connection with Kanke PS Case No. 88 of 2024, for the offences punishable under sections 341/ 342/ 323/ 325/ 307/ 379/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. 3. The learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other co-accused persons, namely, Birsa Oraon @ Babri, Mahesh Oraon, Mangra Oraon, Birsa Oraon @ Jabreil and Vishvkarma Oraon have been released on bail by the learned court below. 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned court below who will consider his case considering the status of the other co-accused persons. 6.
