PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 20.6.2008 passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsipatnam, in Crl.M.P.No.967 of 2008 in Cr.No.49 of 2008, ordering the interim custody of the movable property. 2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. Perused the record. 4. Pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 17.3.2025, a report has been received from the Inspector of Police, Narsipatnam Town Police Station, Anakapalli District, through learned Public Prosecutor informing this Court that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed on 27.11.2008 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Narsipatnam on 02.9.2015 and the same was ended in acquittal. Hence, this Court feels that no cause survives to prosecute in the present case and the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies as per the orders passed in Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Narsipatnam. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
