The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.175 dated 27.09.2024 under Sections 333, 115(2), 351(2), 190 BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala, District Patiala (Annexure P-1). 2. This Court, vide order dated 21.02.2025 had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and his arrest has been stayed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.02.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel states that the petitioners has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. 5.
