GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 TRR,J W.P.No.20846 of 2025 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20846 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to DECLARE the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering my F-Line Application No.FSNV012400459993 dated 06.07.2024 to conduct survey to my property admeasuring an extent of Ac.2.33½ cents situated in S.No.280(LPM-88) of Inukurthi-Mudigedu village,Podalakurumandalam, Nellore district as illegal, arbitrary, violative of provisions of A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act 1924 and contrary to Articles 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently DIRECT the 3rd respondent to consider my F-Line Application No FSNV012400459993 dated 06.07.2024 forthwith in the interest of justice and pass.…” 2. Shorn of all unnecessary facts in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is the specific case of the petitioner that he is the land owner and is in the possession of the land and has submitted F- Line application bearing No.FSNV012400459993 dated 06.07.2024 through Mee Seva for conducting Survey, Sub-division, demarcating and fixing of boundaries of his lands an extent of Ac.2.33 ½ cents in Sy.No.280 (LPM-88) of Inukurthi-Mudigedu village, Podalakuru 4 TRR,J W.P.No.20846 of 2025 Mandal, Nellore District, to avoid disputes with the neighbouring land owners and the respondent authorities went on postponing the survey and when there was persistent demand by the petitioner on the obstruction by neighbouring land owners and the said inaction on the part of respondent authorities in processing the F-Line application of the petitioner, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. Considering the submissions of both the counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned authorities to consider the F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012400459993 dated 06.07.2024 submitted by the petitioner through Mee Seva for conducting Survey, Sub-division, demarcating and fixing of boundaries of the petitioner lands by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 TRR,J W.P.No.20846 of 2025 5.
