Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that the prayer made in the present writ petition, particularly with respect to directing the respondent no.3 to cancel the Zamabandi of the land in question created in favour of the respondent no.5, cannot be entertained as the said dispute can only be adjudicated by a competent court of civil jurisdiction. 2. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition and the same is dismissed. 3. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take aforesaid recourse. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Rohit/
