The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is to a direction to the respondent authorities to consider his representation dated 02-06-2025 within the stipulated time frame. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, vide order dated 30- 09-2022, his services have been transferred from Government Higher Secondary School, Machadoli, Block Podi-Uproda, District Korba to Government Higher Secondary School, Jamnipali, Block Katghora, District Korba, and he has joined on 13-10-2022 on his transferred place. Another lecturer, Mr. Bhagwat Prasad Patel, who was also transferred on the same school, on the same faculty, has already resigned from his service, yet his name is also there in the transferred list at serial No. 50. Presently, the petitioner is considering by the respondent authorities as surplus teacher at Government Higher Secondary School, Block Katghora, District Korba, and his salary has also been disbursed from different school and not from the Government Higher Secondary School, Jamnipali. Therefore, he has made his representation on 02-06-2025, but till date, his representation has not been considered by the authorities. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State, though opposes on merits of the petition, however, he does not dispute if a direction is being given to the concerned authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner within the reasonable time frame. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available in the petition. 3 5. It transpires that the petitioner has made his representation to the Collector Korba, but he has not been made as a party respondent in the present petition. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed that he may move his fresh representation to the Collector Korba within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Collector Korba shall decide the representation within 03 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, on its own merits. 6.
