The Court made the followI-ng: The Criminal Petition has been filed under sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity tthe BNSSJ), seeking to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No,1 on bail in CrI|me 162 of 2024 of Chandarlapadu Police Station, NTR District registered against the Petitioner/Accused No.1 herein for the offence punishable under sections 108 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'the BNS'). 2. The case of the prosecution in brief is that, the de defacfo complainant gave a report On 27.08.2024 at tabout 08.00 hours, stating that due to property disputes between his father and maternal auntJs family, his father went into mental depression and on 26.08.2024 he consumed Scot-Spot Paraquat Disloride-24% SL grass poison and committed suicide. Immediately, he was shifted to hospital and died on 27.08.2024 at about 2.45 AM, while undergoing treatment at CHC, Nandigama. 3. Mr.Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the- petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he was falsely implicated by the police in the crime; The petitioner would abide by any conditions {o be imposed by this Court. i. The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall be enlarged on bail subject to them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandigama. ii.

The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the Station House Offl'cer, Chandarlapadu Police Station, NTR District, on every Saturday in between 10:00 am and 05:00 bm, I till cognizance is taken by the^learned the Trial Court. iii. The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall not leave the limits of the District without prior permission from the Station House Offl'cer concemed. iv. The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall not commit or indulge in commission of any offence in futureI v. The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall cooperate with the investigating officer in further -Investigation of the case and shall make himself available for interrogation by the investigating officer as and when required. vi. The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer. q- _ i 5 vii.
