This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent not filing of charge sheet/closure report Under Section 189 BNSS in Crime. No. 20 of 2025 dated 16.03.2025 on the file of Cheepurupalli Police Station U/s.351(2), r/w.3(5) BNS, 3(1 )(r), 3(1 )(s), 3(2)(va) SC ST POA Act even

after lapse of five months and even after submitting a representation by the petitioner dated 28.07.2025, without following the procedure as contemplated under law which is highly unwarranted without jurisdiction, highly unjust, illegal and violative of articles 14, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 5th respondent to serve the final/closure report to me in Crime.No.20 of 2025 dated 16.03.2025 on the file of Cheepurupalli Police Station U/s.351(2), r/w.3(5) BNS, 3(1) (r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) SC ST (PoA) Act by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2025.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, as there is no prima facie case against the Accused, the case in Crime No.20 of 2025 on the file of Cheepurupalli Police Station was referred as “Lack of Evidence” and a notice was also served to the Petitioner informing the same and subsequently final report has also been filed before the concerned Court. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3.
Ms.Singarayani Sai Ambika, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
