Complaining illegal construction at premises no.15, Saha Lane, Ward No.41, Borough – V, Kolkata at the behest of respondent nos.8, 9 and 10, the instant writ petition has been filed. 2. According to the learned advocate representing the petitioner, despite making complaint the municipal authorities have not taken any steps. 3. The municipality has filed a report. From the report it would transpire that a reconstruction plan was issued by the municipal authorities for a G+IV storied residential building. Departmental inspection revealed that the reconstructional work is completed in accordance with the sanction plan and occupied by the occupants. 2 The report duly signed amongst others by Executive Engineer(C)Bldg/Br-V dated 2nd September 2025 as placed before this Court is taken on record. 4.
