Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in spite of his best efforts, he has not been able to get in touch with the client and even no one on behalf of the respondent has approached the office of the appellants and thus, he does not have clear instructions in the matter and has prayed that the present appeal be disposed of at this stage but liberty be granted to the respondent to revive the same in case any cause survives. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions from Narinder Kumar, Clerk, Punjab Roadways, has submitted that in view of the above, the present appeal be disposed of at this stage with liberty to the appellants also to revive the appeal in case the respondent or anyone on his behalf approaches the department for implementation of the impugned judgment. 3. Keeping in view the above-said facts and circumstances, the present appeal is disposed of, at this stage, with liberty to both the parties, as prayed for.
