GP FOR HOME 3 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue a the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in declare the action of Respondents in summoning the Petitioner to the Police Station and threatening the Petitioner to settle civil disputes over property admeasuring to an extent of 200 Sq. Yards in L.P.No.26/2004 in R.S.No.330/3 situated at Madhurawada Village, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District as perse illegal, high-handed, manifestly arbitrary and in violation to Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and/or to pass……” 2. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the police have called petitioner’s husband on the complaint made by one P.Obulu Reddy and have not called the petitioner and no crime has been registered against the petitioner or petitioner’s husband. 3. Sri A.S.K.S.Bhargav, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against her.
