GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION 3 The Court made the following order: Questioning the inaction of respondent No.1 in issuing ‘No objection Certificate’ for shifting of petitioner’s college from jurisdiction of 1st respondent to Andhra University Jurisdiction, Visakhapatnam, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri T.Vijaya Saradhi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.Chinnapa Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for 1st respondent and the learned Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for 3rd respondent. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the Registrar, Vikrama Simhapuri University (respondent No.1) has issued a certificate stating that Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore has no objection for shifting of petitioner’s college-Sri Padmavathi College of Education under Srivari Educational Society, Kavali, SPS Nellore District from the jurisdiction of Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore to other University subject to approval from Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) and also paying affiliation fee to the Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore for the past six years i.e., from 2019-20 to 2024-25 by the Padmavathi College of Education, Kavali. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objection in paying the affiliation fee to the respondents. 4 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, since 1st respondent has no objection for shifting of petitioner’s college from 1st respondent’s jurisdiction to Andhra University jurisdiction subject to payment of affiliation fee and the petitioner is willing to pay the affiliation fee, nothing remains for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the same is liable to be closed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
