No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of respondent No.1. Said respondent adopts reply filed by respondent No.2. 2. Careful perusal of the reply filed by respondent No.2 clearly reveals that in terms of the judgment alleged to have been violated, Office order dated 19.09.2024 (Annexure R2/1) stands passed, perusal whereof reveals that arrears due in favour of the petitioner have been re-assessed as Rs. 3, 62, 338/-. However, entire amount as assessed hereinabove has not been released, rather in terms of instructions dated 17.09.2022, issued by the Government of Himachal Pradesh, same is proposed to be released in installments. First installment of Rs. 50,000/- has been remitted/disbursed in favour of the petitioner and remaining sum of Rs. 2,12,338/- has been added to the arrears currently admissible on account of revision of pay as 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 per HPCS(RP) Rules 2022 and shall be released as per the instructions and order issued by the Government of Himachal Pradesh in future. 3. In view of the fact that the respondents have calculated the arrears payable to the petitioner and released first installment of Rs. 50,000/- and remaining installments have undertaken to be released in installments, this Court is satisfied that the judgment passed by this Court has been complied with. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Respondents shall ensure that remaining amount is released in favour of the petitioner, as undertaken.
