THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 3730/2024
ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9808 of 2023.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
3. This Court vide order dated 10.12.2024 issued notice in Form-I to respondent Nos.2 to 6 for their non-appearance. Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 10.12.2024, respondent No.2 filed I.A.No.1 of 2025 seeking to dispense with his presence. So far as respondent Nos. 4 to 6 are concerned, they appeared in person before this Court and pleaded that the orders of this Court dated 22.12.2023 are complied with and such non-appearance on their part on 10.12.2024 is due to mistake of fact and the same will not be repeated in future and rendered unconditional apology. In view of the pleading on part of respondent Nos.4 to 6, this Court is of the considered view, the presence of the respondent Nos.4 to 6 can be dispensed with.
4. Accordingly, presence of respondent Nos. 4 to 6 is hereby dispensed with.
5. As far as respondent No.3 is concerned, notice issued in Form-I to respondent No.3 is not served on respondent No.3. But, since the orders of this Court are complied with, this Court is not inclined to initiate any proceedings against the respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the respondents also submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9808 of 2023. In view of the compliance of the orders of this Court, the cause in the present contempt case does not survive for further adjudication.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed the same.
8. Accordingly, the present contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
