JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 2 26-02-2026 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 27 of the Arms Act. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the fourth attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail. It is next submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72359 of 2025(2) dt.26-02-2026 2/2 21.01.2020. 4. The Court has gone through the order dated 18.11.2021, as such, is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, the instant regular bail application stands rejected. 6.
