A.G., for respondents No.2 and 3. On 06.01.2026, final opportunity of four weeks was granted to the appellant for taking consequential steps on account of death of respondent No.1. Thereafter, this Court vide order dated 06.04.2026, held the appeal to be abated qua respondent No.1. Perusal of the record reveals that respondent No.1 was the only claimant in the proceedings and on account of passing of previous order, the present appeal is liable to be dismissed as having been abated in toto.
