Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Latehar P.S Case No.138/2024 Corresponding to G.R Case no. 540/2024, registered under section 80,3(5) of BNS now the case is pending in the court of Learned C.J.M., Latehar. The petitioner appears to be the husband of the deceased Sushila Devi who died in her matrimonial home within four months of her marriage due to asphyxia because of hanging. It is alleged that the deceased was tortured to enforce the demand of dowry. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
