The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no. 2 alleging willful violation of order dated 26.07.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2744 of 2023. 2. Mr. Amrit Raj Kisku, learned A.C. to G.A.-V appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, refers to paragraph no. 6 of the supplementary show cause affidavit dated 28.02.2025 filed on behalf of the said opposite party, which reads as under:
“6. That it is most humbly stated and submitted that the answering opposite party had earlier filed one supplementary show cause dated 16.02.2024, wherein the details of payment already made to the petitioner were stated in paragraph-11 of the said supplementary show cause. However as per the direction of the Hon'ble Court, it is once again stated that the petitioner has been paid the amount of Rs. 15,13,485/- (Fifteen Lakhs thirteen Thousand four hundred and eighty-five only) under the head of G.P.F. vide bill No 08/2021-22, further the petitioner has been an amount of Rs. 2,01,616/- (Two Lakhs one Thousand and Sixteen only) under the Head of G.I.C. vide bill no. 11/2021-
2022. Further the petitioner has been paid an amount of Rs. 1,93,860/- (One Lakhs ninety-three thousand eight hundred sixty only) under the Head of 7th Pay Arears moreover the petitioner has also been paid an amount of Rs. 9,53,444/- (Nine Lakh Fifty-Three thousand four hundred

forty-four only) under the Head of 300 days encashment. The petitioner has also been paid the 3rd MACP arrears amounting to Rs. 1,25,708/- (One Lakh Twenty-five thousand seven hundred and eight only) vide Bill No. 27/2023-24. 3. It is thus submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has now been complied by the opposite party no. 2. 4. As against this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been paid lesser amount under the heads- Leave Encashment, arrears of 3rd M.A.C.P. and Retirement Transfer Grant. 5. Be that as it may.
Since the admissible payment under the aforesaid heads has already been made to the petitioner, I see no reason to further proceed in the present matter. 6. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no. 2 is hereby dropped. 7. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse as permissible under law for redressal of her subsisting grievance. 8. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
