This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra to decide the aforesaid case bearing Case No. 1953 of 2024 (Vikas Singh Versus Rajni) under Section 145 of B.N.S.S., Police Station-Jagdishpura, District-Agra. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
