Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that writ court order has been complied with and show cause has been served to the
learned counsel for the petitioners but the same could not be filed as the matter was on Board.

In view of such submission, show cause is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that liberty may be provided to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the Circle Officer, Gamharia.

In view of above, contempt proceeding is dropped and contempt petition is disposed of. Pending. I.A. if any stands disposed of.

If the petitioners are still aggrieved with, they may take recourse under the law.
