This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 5 in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.6 and calling the petitioner to the police station with regard to land in Sy.No. 127/13 to an extent of Ac. 0.46 ½ cents out of Ac 0.93 cents of Vootapalli Village, Merakamudidam Mandal, Vizianagaram District as illegal, arbitrary and one without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 5th respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No. 6.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6 is of civil nature and the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6.
3. Ms.Taddi Sowmya Naidu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
