Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Ballia Sadar, District Ballia to decide Restoration Application dated 22.12.20220 being Restoration Application No.1206 filed in Case No.RST/05179 of 2020 (Computer Case No.T202015090305179 ) (Ravindra Prashad Vs. Sury Prakash and others) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.2 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Ballia Sadar, District Ballia to decide the Restoration Application filed in the aforesaid restoration application strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two from the date of production of certified copy before the Court below but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
