The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bhawanthpur P.S. Case No. 130/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 238(a) of the B.N.S., 2023 pending in the Court of Sri S.N. Kujur, learned J.M.F.C., Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. On 11.08.2024, dead body of the mother of the informant was recovered from Akelwa forest area. Suspicion was raised upon the petitioner that he might have committed the murder of the deceased as he was having illicit relationship with the deceased. 4. Learned A.P.P., after going through the Case Diary, submitted that apart from confession, there is no material available against the petitioner on record. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.N. Kujur, learned J.M.F.C., Nagar Untari, Garhwa or his successor in connection with Bhawanthpur P.S. Case No. 130/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
