ORDER:
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved
1. by the inaction on part of the respondent No.2 in duly considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2025 whereby it was brought to the notice of respondent No.2 about alleged encroachment on to the 33 feet wide CC master plan road to the north of the petitioner’s property by third parties.
2. It is submitted that the roads are the property of respondent No.2 and it is the duty of respondent No.2 to protect them. In that regard, though a representation was submitted to respondent No.2, no action has been taken by respondent No.2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing respondent No.2 to duly consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2025 and dispose the same by passing appropriate order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
