The learned counsels for the parties are present.
2. This petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 5806 of 2023 which stood dismissed on account of non-removal of defects in terms of order dated 09.05.2024.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the defects could not be removed.
4. The learned counsel for opposite parties has no serious objection to the prayer for restoration.
5. Considering the aforesaid submission and being satisfied with the cause shown, the time granted vide order dated 09.05.2024 for removal of defects in W.P.(S) No.5806 of 2023 is extended till
17.04.2025.

6. If the defects in the writ petition are removed within the extended period, office is directed to place the writ petition before appropriate Bench as per roster.
7. This CMP is accordingly disposed of.
8. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is dismissed as not pressed.
