Ahmed, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. By this application, the petitioner has prayed for pre arrest bail in connection with Jogigopa P.S. Case No. 130/2025 registered under Section 132/221/74/3(5) of BNS, 2023. Mr. A. Ahmed, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre arrest bail vide order dated 18.12.2025 with the condition that the petitioner would appear within 10 days for examination before the I.O. Mr. A. Ahmed, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and got his statement recorded. Mr R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State however, submits that the charge sheet has been laid in the instant case vide charge sheet no.05/2026 dated 28.01.2026. In view of the said Mr. A. Ahmed, learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer that he would make appropriate application before the concerned court. Prayer is allowed.
