CMP No. 1134 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of applicants/respondents No. 1 to 5 for release of awarded amount in their favour, which has been deposited by the appellants No. 1 and 2 in the Registry of this Court. Main appeal was dismissed on 15.7.2024. As per material available in the file, SLP No. 25300 of 2024 preferred by the appellants in the Supreme Court has also been dismissed on 4.11.2024. In the aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the appellant has communicated no objection for allowing the application. Respondents No. 2 and 3 are minors. MACT had apportioned the compensation in the following manner:- Petitioner No. 1 = 45% Petitioner No. 2 = 20% Petitioner No. 3 = 20% Petitioner No. 4 = 10%
Petitioner No. 5 = 5% In aforesaid facts and circumstances and considering the facts that respondents No. 2 and 3 are minor, the amount falling in shares of applicants/respondents No. 1, 4 and 5 is directed to be released in their favour alongwith up to date interest by remitting the same in their bank accounts mentioned in para 10 of the application. At this stage, no amount is being released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 2 and 3. The application is allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms.
