The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.

3 The Court made the following; ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 seeking to enlarge the petitioners/Accused Nos.3 to 9 on bail in Crime.No.46 of 2025 of Talupula Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District, offence under Section 108 r/w 3(5) of BNS. 2. Case of the prosecution is that, on 29.07.2025, the complainant filed a report before the police stating that the accused had insulted the deceased, abused him indiscriminately, assaulted him, and further threatened case against him at the Talupula Police Station, stating that he would be to jail. 5. I have perused the record. 6. As seen from the averments of the FIR, dated 29.07.2025, alleged by the wife of the deceased that the Accused Nos.1 & 2 went to the house of the complainant and alleged that her husband has stolen the gold chain and all the accused abused the husband of the complainant and demanded to give back the gold chain. They also bet him, unable to bear the humiliation, the husband of the complainant committed suicide. 7. As seen from the FIR, names of Accused Nos.8 & 9 are not mentioned. However, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court about the statement of the LW-2 where she spoke about the presence of the Accused Nos.8 & 9 at the scene of offence. 8.
The allegation against the petitioners is that they threw an allegation against the husband of the complainant that he committed the theft of gold chain and demanded him to give back to them. 9. Considering the gravity and nature of the allegations leveled against the petitioners, this Court inclines to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail with the following conditions: a) in the event of arrest of the petitioners, the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
5 thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials; b) The petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required; The petitioners shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses; The petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet. The petitioners shall not leave the district limits without the permission from the Station House Officer concerned. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. c) d) e) express
