1. Heard Ms. M. Patgiri, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. None has appeared for the respondents though the name of Ms. L. Das has been reflected in the cause-list. 3.
This application under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the applicant praying for rectification of some typographical mistaken which has crept in the memo of appeal filed in the connected Intest.Case No. 2/2025. Page No.# 4/4
4. The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the relevant provision of law quoted in the memo of appeal has been wrongly mentioned due to typographical mistake and same is required to be corrected. 5. Considering the fact that the amendment sought is only in respect of the mentioning of correct provision of law under which the appeal has been filed, this interlocutory application is allowed. 6. The applicant is directed to submit the rectified cause-title in the memo of appeal of the connected Intest. Case within a week from the date of this order. 7. After submission of the rectified memo of appeal, a copy thereof shall also be furnished to the learned counsel for the respondents on the next date fixed. 8.
