Ms. Shilpi, learned A.C to S.C (Mines)-II appearing on behalf of the O.P.No.2, refers to the reasoned order as contained in memo No. 1164 dated 18.04.2024 passed by the said opposite party (Annexure-C to the show cause affidavit dated 30.04.2024) and submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order of this Court, the O.P.No.2 has already passed a reasoned order rejecting the petitioners’ claim for their encadrement in the State Education Service and thereafter to pay all consequential benefits to them. 3. In view of the said submission, there is no need to further proceed with the matter. 4. The contempt proceeding as against the O.P.No.2 is dropped. 5. The present contempt application stands disposed of. 6. The petitioners are however at liberty to take appropriate recourse as available under law against the reasoned order as contained in memo No. 1164 dated 18.04.2024 passed by the O.P.No.2.
