In contradiction, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that sin the digital machine installed by the respondents was giving incorrect result, therefore, petitioner did not got her height measured through the same. The aforesaid being the disputed matter, this Court would not go into the merits of the same. Moreover, the petitioner has approached this Court almost after four years of passing of the speaking order. In view of above, the present petition stands disposed of petitioner would be at liberty to avail her legal remedies, in accordance w Rule stands discharged.
