Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The learned I Additional District& Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under „the NDPS Act‟, Visakhapatnam, on 14.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2089 of 2025 in Crime No.123 of 2019 of Pendurthy Police Station, while enlarging the petitioner/accused No.2 on bail, imposed condition of execution of personal bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court of VII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam and with other conditions. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 submits that the petitioner/A2 is unable to meet the above condition because of his financial constraints. 5. In view of the above reason, the order dated 14.07.2025 mentioned above is modified to the extent of “execution of personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court of VII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam”.
