The instant petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent-Authority to proceed against respondent no. 6 as according to the petitioner, the brick kiln of respondent no. 6 is situated within the prohibited limits from abadi area. 2. Sri Alok Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of U.P. Pollution Control Board on instructions states that a recommendation has already been made to the Chief Environment Officer (Circle-II), U.P. Pollution Control Board, Lucknow vide letter dated 2.4.2025 by Regional Officer for taking appropriate action against respondent no. 6 under the provisions of Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. 3. In view of the fact that recommendation has already been made to the Board for taking appropriate action against respondent no. 6, we are of the opinion that no further direction is required to be issued at this stage. 4.
