The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.57 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D of the IT Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Jamtara. On 23.09.2024, Cyber police Jamtara on the basis of confidential information raided the house of co-accused Bishwarup Dutta, Rakesh Das, this petitioner and Jiten Singh on suspicion that they had involved in cyber offence and on search, several incriminating articles were recovered of the petitioner. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to state that petitioner has cheated anybody. Mr. Shailendra Kr. Tiwari, learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
