GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the respondent No.4 and 5 in calling the Petitioner to the police station 2 and settling the civil disputes with the 6th as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No. 4 and not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by Respondent No.6, no crime has been registered against the Petitioner. It is further submitted that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri Ramalakshmana Reddy Sanepalli, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6. There shall be no order as to costs.
