GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 4 to 6 are interfering the religious activities and directing to remove the Idle of Sri Jagath Chamundeswari Ammavaru in the Temple in an extent of Ac.0.08 cents in Sy.No.148 situated at Konduru Village, Tada Mandal and threatening to register criminal cases if not removing idle in Sri Jagath Chamundeswari Ammavaru in the Temple as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 21,19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently to directing the respondent 4 to 6 not to interfering religious activities by threatening the petitioner to remove the Idle of Sri Jagath Chamundeswari Ammavaru in the Temple in an extent of Ac.0.08 cents in Sy.No.148 situated at Konduru Village, Tada Mandal.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on receipt of information about demolition of Sri Chamundeswari temple at Konduru Village, Police went to the spot on 20.07.2023, warned the persons, who were causing annoyance to the public transport and obstructing the vehicles and subsequently, registered a case in Crime No.118 of 2025 against the said persons for the offense under Sections 189(2), 191(3), 126(2) and 132 read with 190 BNS. 3. Sri Kale Vijaya Raju, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
