Case No. 454/2024, arising out of Tundi P.S. Case No. 52/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1462/2024, for the offence under sections 302 r/w 34 of of the Indian Penal Code , pending in the court of learned ADJ-III-Dhanbad. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Jiyamani Kumari Tudu who died due to asphyxia because of hanging, her dead body was recovered from a nearby forest. It was submitted that when the petitioner had tried to locate the victim, he was told by witnesses that they had seen the victim going alone towards the forest. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-III-Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
