DATE : SEPTEMBER 12 2025 ORDER :- Mr.Murkute, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that registration of the Contempt Petiiton is refused by the Registry, due to failure of the appicant to remove the office objections within time. He would submit that he is ready and willing to remove the office objections if permission is granted. Mr.Murkute further submitstht the application may be allowed permitting him to remove the office objections and the Contempt Petition ayu be restored. . For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). The Contempt Petition stands restored to original position. The applicant shall remove the office objections within two weeks from today, failing which this order 2025:BHC-AUG:24870 2 25-sr940 shall stand null without further reference to the court.
