The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to quash the order dated 13.01.2025 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Kushinagar/respondent No.5 by which the salary of the petitioner has been stopped on the ground that during the verification of handicapped certificate dated 24.06.2014 submitted by the petitioner from the office of Chief Medical Officer, Azamgarh, it was found that the aforesaid certificate has not been issued by the office of Chief Medical Officer, Azamgarh. Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact, the salary of the petitioner has been stopped. By the aforesaid order, the petitioner was also directed to submit her reply in the office of respondent No.5. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner submitted his reply on 19.01.2025, copy of the reply is appended as Annexure No.14 to the writ petition but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 3. It is argued by Sri P.D. Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent that the respondent No.5/District Basic Education Officer, Kushinagar will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh reply, if so advice, to the letter dated 13.01.2025 written by the respondent No.5 within a period of three weeks along with necessary documents and papers and certified copy of this order from today. In case, the reply has been filed within the aforesaid period, the respondent No.5 will decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months thereafter.
