All these three bail applications arise out of the same police case and as such, these bail applications are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with C.I.D. P.S. Case No.01 of 2024, corresponding to C.I.D. Court Case No.05 of 2024 / C.I.D. Court Case No.01 of 2024, arising out of Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 484 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and cognizance taken under Sections 302, 307, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A) 25(1-B)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Prabhat Kumar Sharma, learned A.J.C.-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, C.I.D., Ranchi. -2- On 03.12.2023 at about 03:00 pm, dreaded gangster Aman Singh was shot dead by accused Sunder Mahto in Dhanbad Jail. It is alleged that petitioners were rejoicing after the murder of the deceased. It was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that co-accused Jainendra Kumar @ Pintu Singh has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, against whom, there is similar allegation as that of the petitioners. Learned A.P.Ps on behalf of the State have opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the fact that apart from the allegation that the petitioners were rejoicing after the murder of the deceased, there is no other material against them, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prabhat Kumar Sharma, learned A.J.C.-XVIII cum Special Judge, C.I.D., Ranchi, in connection with C.I.D. P.S. Case No.01 of 2024, corresponding to C.I.D. Court Case No.05 of 2024 / C.I.D. Court Case No.01 of 2024, arising out of Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 484 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
