In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner herein has alleged non compliance of order dated 14.11.2014 passed in SWP No. 3211/2014 filed by the petitioner, in terms whereof while disposing of the said petition of the petitioner, the respondents came to be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner as contended in the writ petition/representation, strictly under rules, having regard to the documents annexed with the writ petition/representation and pass appropriate consideration order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of the order along with the writ petition/representation. 2. Response has been filed by the respondents/contemnors accompanied with the consideration order dated 10.03.2025, wherein it is being inter alia stated that the claim of the petitioner came to be considered and was found devoid of any merit and consequently rejected. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents/contemnors, contempt notice issued is recalled and the proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the contempt petition within four weeks’ time in the event cause survives or else to assail the consideration order, if so advised.
