The present application under Section 528 BNSS has been preferred seeking direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri to ensure the compliance of its order dated 02.09.2024 passed in Case No.170 of 2021 (Neha v. Sumit Kumar) under Section 125(3) CrPC within the stipulated time. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned to decide the application filed by applicant under Section 125(3) CrPC expeditiously within a specific time frame. 4. Considering the facts of the matter and submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the Family Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.
