For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. 3. The application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 13047/2025 4. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up today itself for final disposal. 5. The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: “A) issue an appropriate Writ, direction or order in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the Respondent to expeditiously decide the application of Petitioner for approval for B.Pharma- 60 seats and D.Pharma -60 seats for academic session 2025-26.” 6. Dr. G. Siva Bala Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for approval of B.Pharm and D. Pharm courses with the intake of 60 seats each for the academic year 2025-26, This is a digitally signed order. He submits that the petitioner will not press the petition any further in case direction are given to the respondent/PCI to dispose of the petitioner’s application expeditiously. 7. In view of the above, issue notice. Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent/PCI accepts notice and submits that he has no objection in case such a direction is given. 8. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction the respondent/PCI to dispose of the application of the petitioner seeking approval for B.Pharm and D. Pharm with the intake of 60 seats each for the academic year 2025-26 within a period of 04 days. 9. The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 10.
