The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.203 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Seraikella-Kharsawan. The petitioner along with co-accused are alleged to have shot the brother of the informant namely Vivek Yadav and his friend namely Jasprit @ Bhuttar, due to which they sustained firearm injury. Learned A.P.P. submitted that bail application of the co-accused Subham Kumar Singh @ Shubham Kumar Singh has been rejected by this Court earlier. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
