The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.01.2024 passed in B.A. No.10869 of 2023. 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 11.01.2024 bail was granted by this Court with one of the conditions that “this applicant will report once in a month before the concerned police station, till the conclusion of the trial”. The petitioner is regular attending to the concerned police station once in a month as well as in the trial court. 3. Further, it has been submitted that the petitioner is a married person having two minor children and he is facing great hardships to appear before the concerned police station. Further, he runs a cloths shop, accordingly, he seeks exemption from attending the concerned police station. 4. In view of above submission, the order dated 11.01.2024 is modified to the extent that “the petitioner is exempted from attending the concerned police station”. 5.
